Growth in enterprise SaaS, a code editor, and an old interest in how things — companies, systems, India — actually work.
The work
I grow B2B enterprise SaaS. I lead India business development at Hipla, in workplace management — visitor systems, meeting rooms, and access control, sold into large enterprises. Long sales cycles, many stakeholders, real security and compliance scrutiny before anything gets signed.
What I've learned scaling it is that growth is a system, not a sprint: how a pipeline is built, how a deal is qualified, how onboarding holds up once the logos get bigger.
Building
I like building the systems as much as running them. I'm non-technical by training and I ship anyway — working spec-first with Claude Code on the internal tools my teams actually use, the same way I'd expect an engineer to: staged, disciplined, additive.
Lately I've been experimenting with real estate tech, which is a good place to test whether the things that work in SaaS travel to an industry that runs on relationships.
